The log file uses colon as field separator. If colon appears in the filename, which it usually does on Windows, there is a slight problem.
Unpack the zip file anywhere on the machine to patch. Run the InstallPatch.exe application. Once the patch has been installed, you may delete the unpacked patch directory. Please note that there is a 30 second pause during the installation. NOTE: The patch must be installed by a user with administrator rights. You should log off all other users. (If not, Recorder won't start on their desktops until they log off and on again.)
