On some computers, WinSAR is unable to access all the counters it is set up to monitor. It will then log warnings. Ususally, there is not much that can be done in order to fix the original problem - one just have to accept that fewer counters are monitored and reported on. In these cases, it is desirable to degrade the warnings, and thus eliminate them from the debug log.
