General Description: Fix for handling paths with spaces in do_load.pl windows. Detailed Description: The installation of this patch fixes the error when running jobscheduler through gui "Load Incoming Data" and sercons "do load", it also fixes the issue on the production of jobscheduler specs that has incomplete "executable=" value thus failing to proceed on processing. The issues were fixed by updating do_load.pl to give the correct executable path through archiver to jobscheduler.
Unpack the zip file anywhere on the machine to patch. Run install.exe to start installation. Once the patch has been installed, you may delete the unpacked directory. NOTE: The patch must be installed by a user with administrator rights.
