Better handling of non trend reports containing data that are based on the so called time average aggregation (TIMEAVG). This will remove buggy behaviour when certain storage reports are created, by averaging on number of seen timestamps for each individual classification. Holes in the data will be taken better care of.
Removes the 'all' which is implicitely selected while reporting. Applies to periodic reports in license module. Allows for making reports with virtual classifications and higher resolution than one day. Better report generation performance due to lower memory usage and higher speed.

Treat date as text, and thereby allow Excel charts to be printed with any date format. For 4.4: All other new bugfixes in wwwui are included.
