This patch:

- updates data processing configurations to fix inconsistent LicenseOptimizer's elapsed time and max
seen value.
- adds default mapping for user-to-groups.map.
- maps "Feature" and "Executable path" classification values to "All" for memory optimization
purposes.

This patch also contains an updated openit_summasummarum binary.

NOTE: These updates will revert existing modifications to LicenseOptimizer individual usage,
LicenseOptimizer total use, LicenseOptimizer usergroups  data types and will create a backup copy of
the affected filters.
