General Description: - Corrected elapsed time for Windows Process Accounting and calculation of CPU utilization for Windows Process Accounting. Detailed Description: The start time of each record was always the start time of the application (for all records) - not the start of the current period. The result was the hourly report for Process Accounting was not reported in an hourly basis. Appusage was updated to correct perfmon logging, setting the start time of each record to start of each period instead of start of application. The CPU Util calculation is showing incorrect values in reporting server. Appusage was update to correct the calculation of CPU util from cpu_util = avg_cpu * 100 to cpu_util = 100 * cpu_seconds.
