This patch upgrades the chart applet and its' different components to use 
Java 2 functionality, which hopefully will fix problems some users have had 
with printing reports directly from the browser, as well as providing some
other minor functional changes.

Installed on the server and used via the web-portal when viewing chart reports.

NOTE! Users accessing chart reports on a server with this patch installed 
that have browsers that are Java-enabled, but not Java 2-enabled, will 
only get an obscure error-message in their brower's Java Console.
