General Description: This patch updates data processing to fix inconsistent elapsed time value. Detailed Description: LicenseOptimizer data shows elapsed time greater than one hour in an hourly resolution report. This issue is caused by applications that create multiple instances of itself, data processing sums up all the elapsed time of identical instances causing the inconsistent elapsed time in reports. This patch updates data processing. It will merge all the identical instances of the application but it will not sum the elapsed time to create accurate data reports. Note: This update will revert existing modifications to the following LicenseOptimizer data types and it will create backup copy of the affected filters.
