General Description:
Fix for some configuration after installing with non-default ROOT_TEMP_DIR

Detailed Description:
After installing Open iT with non-default ROOT_TEMP_DIR, not all of the configuration files were
updated correctly. This could cause some of the processes not to run properly. The patch aims to fix
the configuration files that were not properly configured.
