This patch adds the missing datatypes definition files license-user-appversion.conf and license-usergroups-appversion.conf to fix errors in feature mapping when these files were not found. Added fix for config_license_filters that stops functioning when there is a missing filter file.
Unpack tar file in e.g /tmp/patch on the Open iT host. Do the following as root: cd /tmp/patch ./patch.pl
