This patch updates filtrator and licpollarchivefilesplitter to fix the issue in reports wherein max in use license is greater than the max available when the collected data are from time zones with half-hour offsets from the processing server's time.
Unpack tar file in e.g /tmp/patch on the Open iT host. Do the following as root: cd /tmp/patch ./patch.pl
