files.

Patch 280 — Update license archive to handle unprintable charactres

This patches update the archiver binary to be able to handle
strings that contain unprintable characters.

Unpack tar file in e.g /tmp/patch on the Open iT host. Do the 
following as root:

  cd /tmp/patch
  ./patch.pl
