Fix on handling of multiple license servers. When usage of feature was
not found on first attempt, freezemon used to assume that it could not
be found on other servers. This has now been fixed.

Fix on handling of long user names on certain platforms. A long user
name could lead to "ps" reporting on UID, which would not be
recognized fy freezemon. freezemon can now recognize user on UID as
well as user name.

Previously, freezemon would exit if it failed to run "ps" when
collecting info on processes. Now freezemon will continue running, and
just ignore the cycle when "ps" failed.

Improved handling of Host+Display information. Improved handling of
error messages in output from lmremove command.

When an application is disabled several times, freezemon used to send
lmremove only the first time. This has now been fixed.

This patch makes freezemon detach properly, so that it won't block a ssh
logout.

It also introduces interval configuration in freezemon.conf by adding
interval(Integer)="60"{} near primetime.  This value controls how often
freezemon checks for idle processes, and it is recommended to change it
from its default value (of 60) to 300 on busy servers where multiple
people log in.

This patch updates a License Optimizer client to the latest
version of the client programs. Apart from a few bugfixes
the update includes the following improvements:

 - License Optimizer can now be configured to include
   all child processes of processes match using other
   means. The match is recursive.

 - Disabler now handles resume if some processes
   has been killed while being suspended, in this case
   a warning will be given.
