General description:
Supports thousands of client information in the dashboard. Fixes appearance of patch.log.

Detailed description:
This patch updates the WebGUI to only load a part of the client list to facilitate the display and
keep the page responsive, the next part of the list will be loaded when the user reaches the end of
the currently loaded list.
Also fixes appearance of patch.log in the installed patch list.

Note: -Using IE Developer tools may break the styling of the pages.
         -Using Windows 8's IE10 may truncate long tooltip text
