Sets use of a measured clock ticks value. Standard is 100, but on some Linux versions, the value seems to have been set to 512, or 1024. The value is detected, and a new pacct_to_psm uses these values.
Unpack tar file in e.g /tmp/patch. Do the following as root: cd /tmp/patch ./patch.pl
