In some cases the FLEXlm license server changes the client port
when the number of checked out licenses changes. This update of
the filter configuration let filtrator handle these differences
correctly.

If the above mentioned change of client ports occure in the 
FLEXlm license data, Open iT will show more licenses used than 
available (shown in the "max available license" classification).

This patch also include comparison of max available licenses
on 5 min resolution. This is needed in combination with
patch 181.
