This patch adds 2 new data types based on Windows AppUsage data and 4
new data types based on FLEXlm debug logs (and flexpoller) data:

  Windows Host Application Concurrent usage
  Windows Host Executable Concurrent usage
  Host license use logfile
  Individual license use logfile
  Usergroup license use logfile
  Hostgroup license use logfile 

By default generation of these data types are turned off. 
To activate generation of these data types, set data types to
"on" in the 

  /var/opt/openit/etc/data_generation_config

file and also add the relevant filters to

  /var/opt/openit/etc/daft.conf

After activation, data can be generated based on existing
data in the archive (do regeneration).
