The license line of /var/opt/openit/etc/dist_replace is moved to the
end of teh list. This is needed by ConfBuilder on certain Windows
clients.

Unpack tar file in e.g /tmp/patch on the Open iT server. Do the 
following as root:

  cd /tmp/patch
  ./patch.pl
