Measurement values were not aggregeted when "Max in use" or "Max of
all" were selected in license reports. This has now been fixed.

Unpack tar file in e.g /tmp/patch on the Open iT server. Do the 
following as root:

  cd /tmp/patch
  ./patch.pl
