Adds stdlibc++ version 5 for AMD64, which is missing in RHEL 4.
This is required for Open iT to work on AMD64.  This patch will
only install something on AMD64 platforms.

Installation

Unpack tar file in e.g /tmp/patch on the Open iT host. Do the 
following as root:

  cd /tmp/patch
  ./patch.pl
