The pacct file was previously parsed with 16 bit formatting on GID / UID. This is changed to 32 bit. Also, the elapsed time values are slightly improved.
pacct_to_psm and monips_to_psm used to have a check on the range of the group id number. This check has been removed, to allow group ids greater than 16 bits numbers.
Unpack tar file in e.g /tmp/patch on the Open iT client. Do the following as root: cd /tmp/patch ./patch.pl
