Description

This patch updates the check_daemon job by making it call cleanup_daemons. This script will kill
daemons with parent pid 1 and no child.

The cleanup will be triggered if DAEMON_CLEANUP is set to "true" in the /etc/opt/openit/openit.cfg.

Installation

Unpack tar file in e.g /tmp/patch on the Open iT server. Do the following as root:

  cd /tmp/patch
  ./patch.pl
