General Description: This patch fixes 3 LicenseOptimizer issues. First is the high CPU usage of LicenseOptimizer from hibernation state, second is the hanging of the machine when resuming application that has been frozen for more than 12 hours and third is a fix for LO optimization. Detailed Description: The installation of this patch updates licenseoptimizer and usint binaries to fix the following issues: * LicenseOptimizer reflects high CPU usage when the machine is resumed from hibernation. * The machine hangs when LicenseOptimizer resumed an application that has been suspended for more than 12 hours. * LicenseOptimizer suspends an application even when there is activity in that application.
Unpack the zip file anywhere on the machine to patch. Run install.exe to start installation. Once the patch has been installed, you may delete the unpacked directory. NOTE: The patch must be installed by a user with administrator rights.
