Description

General Description:
Config_license_filters is an application for administrating product and feature mapping for license
filters. Product/feature mapping can be turned ON or OFF on all or individual datatypes using this
application. This patch will add config_license_filters for windows core server.

Detailed Description:
Config_license_filters is an application for turning off or on product and feature mapping on all
datatypes or selected datatypes.

Usage:
config_license_filters [options] <product:[on/off]> <feature:[on/off]

List of options is seen by running config_license_filters --help 

Example command: 
config_license_filters.bat --datatype 45 product:on feature:on

Note:
*This patch will remove obsolete datatypes (i.e. Host license use , Usergroup license use, Hostgroup
license use).
*config_license_filters requires the use of command line to run as administrator. 

General Description:
This patch fixes the issue on datatype lists that don't work if a data filter file is missing.

Detailed Description:
Config_license_filters doesn't show the list of datatypes when one or more filter file is missing
but included in the data generation list. This patch changes the behavior of
config_license_filters. Config_license_filters will continue to show datatype list even it has
encountered a missing filter file.

Patch 1269 — Fix missing config_license_filters for windows
This patch will add config_license_filters for windows and it is modified to handle XML files.

This patch will also remove obsolete datatypes 
37 - Host license use  - license-host-usage-sam
43 - Usergroup license use  -  license-usergroups-sam
44 - Hostgroup license use  - license-hostgroups-sam

In this revision, it includes the improved removal of obsolete datatypes.

Installation

Unpack the zip file anywhere on the machine to patch.
Run install.exe to start installation.
Once the patch has been installed, you may delete the unpacked directory.

NOTE: The patch must be installed by a user with administrator rights.
