General Description:
Fixes licpoll2 archive caused by a bug in licpoll where it logs Package check-outs but does not log
its check-in. The bug causes the report to have Max in Use is greater than Max Available licenses.

Detailed Description:
There is a bug in licpoll which does not log Package check-in when the Package's Component has been
checked-in by a user.
This caused the report to have Max in Use greater than Max Available licenses.
This patch contains a contrib script "fix_licpoll2_package_checkin.bat" which fixes the licpoll2
archive when run.
Please locate the script on your (Open iT Installation Directory)/CoreServer/contrib/bin.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE BACKUP AFFECTED LICPOLL2 ARCHIVE BEFORE YOU RUN THE FIX.
