This patch fixes: - long running client processes that consume high memory usage. - openit_usageanalyzer restarts and creates data every minute. openit_usageanalyzer.exe, openit_usint.exe and openit_licenseoptimizer are updated.
This patch updates openit_usageanalyzer to fix the issue on UsageAnalyzer's inability to detect keyboard and mouse activity.
General Description: This patch fixes the wrong CPU usage that UsageAnalyzer gives to Freezemonitor Detailed Description: UsageAnalyzer detects wrong CPU usage over time even if the cpu usage is constant. This patch fixes this issue, i.e. if the CPU usage is constant, then the values from Recorder will also be close to that constant.
Unpack the zip file anywhere on the machine to patch. Run install.exe to start installation. Once the patch has been installed, you may delete the unpacked directory. NOTE: The patch must be installed by a user with administrator rights.
