This patch fixes: - error on the wrong date of the base data of the exported excel report - the issue on changing report type when checking Generate Using ActiveX in Internet Explorer - rowspan support issue in exported excel report in PHPExcel - inability to export Excel reports - inability to export chart-type Excel reports from table-type reports with special characters - addition of restrictions on export to non-chart report types when report has subtotal
