Description

Will prevent error popups from Recorder/OpeniTSentinel during Windows log-off
and shutdown.

Patch 1038 — Recorder will now write log data upon shutdown

When logging off or shutting down the machine, Recorder would not always
save the collected data in memory to disk, causing loss of that
data.

Patch 1024 — Addresses the problem with Recorder not starting again after reboot

In a few rare cases, after a successfull install and a successful reboot,
subsequent reboots (or logging out and then logging in again) would result
in Recorder not starting properly.

Patch 1008 — Fixes error in data log file, caused by colon in file path.

The log file uses colon as field separator. If colon appears in the filename,
which it usually does on Windows, there is a slight problem.

Patch 1006 — Recorder will now use the same appmapping.conf file as AppUsage

The file [INSTALLDIR]\Configuration\Components\appmapping.conf was previously
used only by AppUsage. Recorder (on Windows) will now use this same file, and
do the same mappings.

Installation

Unpack the zip file anywhere on the machine to patch. Run the InstallPatch.exe
application. Once the patch has been installed, you may delete the unpacked
patch directory.

NOTE: The patch must be installed by a user with administrator rights.
