Description

This patch fixes:
- Ability to Export Table report to Excel
- Subtotal Implementation in Excel Export
- Support for Norwegian Characters in Reporting and Excel Export
- Standardization of formatting for Excel Export

Measurements -> Number Format (regardless if cell is empty)
Non-Measurements -> Numeric values return General Format
Rest of Non-Measurements ->Text Format (regardless if cell is empty)
Captured header "Time"-> Restrict date conversion on corresponding column

Installation

Unpack the zip file anywhere on the machine to patch.
Run install.exe to start installation.
Once the patch has been installed, you may delete the unpacked directory.

NOTE: The patch must be installed by a user with administrator rights.
