General Description: Fix issues on Report creation and Excel export. Shows all values when creating report using periodic jobs Detailed Description: Fix issue on generating Excel from periodic reports; Fix issue on formatting on Excel Export; Fix issue on reports with subtotals. NB: Fix for Excel export using ActiveX is not yet included
